Through learning the theory of leadership and then practicing both leading and following, the cadets have learned a lot about themselves and as a team. This work culminated in assessed leading of activities and exercises under strict criteria. We are pleased to announce that all 11 cadets passed their blue leadership badges. Well done all, on the start of your leadership careers. We hope that you continue to progress and learn through cadets and into your chosen careers.
