Cadet Warrant Officer Jack Grange Ages Out

Tonight saw CWO Jack Granges’s last night as a cadet. Jack joined 148 (Barnsley) Squadron in June 2013 at 13 years old. During his time as a cadet, Jack rose to the rank of Cadet Warrant Officer and became responsible for taking the junior cadets through their First Class Training and helping to deliver Mountain Bike Training.

Jack’s cadet highlights include being part of a Guard of Honour for HM The Queen, playing in the Band at Leeds Armed Forces Day, playing bass guitar in the National Concert Band, completing his Air Cadet Pilot Scholarship, passing his Mountain Bike Instructors Course, reaching the rank of Cadet Warrant Officer and achieving his Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award.

We wish Jack the best of luck in his future career as well as continuing to support Cadets across the Wing as a Civilian Instructor.
