On Multiple parade nights cadets have worked hard to develop leadership skills, through the learning of Leadership theory and practising the principles of SMEAC. The cadets have learned a lot about themselves and how to work as a team. This work culminated in assessed leading of multiple activities and exercises under strict set criteria. We are pleased to announce that 6 cadets passed their blue leadership badges. Well done all, on the start of your leadership careers. We hope that you continue to progress and learn through cadets and into your chosen careers. This is the start of your leadership careers, well done. Thanks to the staff and qualified cadets who supported the training and assessments.
