Barnsley Air Cadets dust off their mountain biking skills ready for the 2022 season of mountain biking. On the day we focussed on building up how to ride a mountain bike, using gears, balance over obstacles, along with some team games to build up confidence. All in preparation to extend these skills out on and off the road.
