On the evening of the 23rd August 2024, we were honoured to ‘invest’ and officially welcome 148 (Barnsley) Squadron Padre, Mother Emily Lawrence. The ceremony was performed by the Wing Padre Canon Darren Percival and was a rather rare event for the cadets that night. We are really proud to call Mother Emily our Padre and long be her part of the Squadron to help us, guide us and most importantly have fun with us along the way.
